๐Ÿ„ Own Cows, Own Farm

Unlike others who buy from farmers, we rear our own Badri cows on our own Himalayan farms, giving us total control from grazing to ghee โ€” ensuring unmatched purity, traceability, and trust.

โœ… Authentic Indigenous Badri Cows

Sourced from untouched Himalayan villages far from road access, our cows are pure Badri โ€” no crossbreeds, no compromises. Every jar of ghee comes only from verified indigenous Badri cows.

๐ŸŒฑ Natural Herb & Shrub Grazing

Our cows roam free on Himalayan herbs and shrubs, enjoy Banj, Dudik & Bheku leaves, and drink mineral-rich spring water โ€” producing milk with unmatched purity, taste, and nutrition.

๐Ÿ“ฆ Traceable to Source (Scan QR)

Every ghee jar has a unique batch number. Scan the QR to trace its journey โ€” from the cows milked, to the curd, to the butter, to the final ghee โ€” ensuring complete transparency and trust.

๐Ÿ” Himalayan Legacy Craft

We follow Himalayan ancestral methods: milk set in wooden pots, curd turned to butter via the Bilona method, then slowโ€‘heated on firewood in bronze vessels โ€” prized in Ayurveda for nutrient retention.

Himalayan A2 Badri Cow Bilona Ghee

Price range: ₹1,050.00 through ₹2,050.00 inc. GST

Pure Himalayan A2 Badri Cow Bilona Ghee โ€” Handcrafted in Uttarakhand from 100% indigenous Badri cows, free-grazing on Himalayan herbs & mineral-rich water. Made by the traditional bilona method, slow-cooked in bronze pots over firewood to preserve nutrition & aroma. Rich in Omega-3, CLA, & antioxidants. Each batch is QR-traceable from cow to jar.

Unlike most brands that source milk from multiple farms, we have our own Badri cows, raised on our own Himalayan farms. This gives us full control over quality, purity, and authenticity. Every batch is traceable via QR code.

We follow the traditional bilona method โ€”

  1. Fresh A2 milk is turned into curd in wooden vessels (no artificial starter).
  2. Curd is hand-churned with a wooden bilona to extract butter.
  3. Butter is slow-cooked over a firewood flame in bronze pots to make nutrient-rich ghee.

Badri cows are a rare indigenous breed of the Himalayas, naturally adapted to the mountain climate and diet. They produce only A2 milk, rich in nutrients and easier to digest than regular milk.

Their free-grazing diet of wild Himalayan herbs, shrubs, and mineral-rich leaves enhances the milkโ€™s medicinal value, as recognized in Ayurveda.

Ghee made from Badri cow milk is naturally high in Omega-3, CLA, and antioxidants, supports digestion, boosts immunity, and promotes overall well-being.

Choosing Badri Cow Ghee means choosing purity, heritage, and health, while also helping preserve one of Indiaโ€™s most valuable native cattle breeds.

Our ghee comes from rare Badri cows that give only 1.5-2 liters of A2 milk daily. We use 30โ€“35 liters of milk for just 1 liter of ghee, made by the slow bilona method over firewood in bronze pots. Ethical farming, free grazing, and full traceability make it pure, rare, and worth the price

A2 ghee is made from the milk of cows that produce the A2 beta-casein protein, which is easier to digest and may be gentler on the stomach. Our ghee comes from Himalayan Badri cows, ensuring purity and nutrition.
